I need your advice. Recently my Paypal was limited due to me receiving up to £2000 in less that one calendar year. I sold a few things on eBay a few weeks ago, and now eBay are wanting me to pay them £4.99 in fee's. Can I still pay for things whilst my account is limited on Paypal or is there a way to change from using Paypal on eBay to using my debit card. Thanks in advance :D

Can't you upgrade your PP a/c to Premier/Business for free and bypass any limits?

eBay take a certain percentage off your total sales in a month up to £70.

To un limit your account all you need to do is ring paypal and enter a code they tell you.
