Flash is the best to use. You mean cartoons or movies using a camera?

Well, I use flash, but it sounds like if you just want to do frame by frame stuff like show one screenshot, then another ect, you would use windows movie maker. Not sure how to use it, and Im sure people cant just "tell" you. Im sure its much more complicated than what you can write in a few sentences.

Erm... you could probably make one in imageready, or animation shop. But its best to use flash MX :rolleyes:

depends, flash movies are made with flash, but theres plenty of other movies, you could record footage with a webcam? even a moble phone if it can connect to a pc. Then just play it online with ether real meadia player, windows media player, or quick time as the most common plugins used.

Okay, so, you are trying to make a movie with many habbo screenshots?
For that you probably want a .GIF animator.

What it does is, it take .gif files and pretty much just puts them together with frames one after another.
So, you can make a habbo appear to be walking on a loop, or something like that.
Try it out, if thats not what your looking for, please give more detail.
