Unfortunately, some of you will get captured. Possibly tortured and killed. If you survive, it's also possible you will become an Avox (have your tongue cut out) and be the Capitol's slave for the rest of your life. Naturally, we don't want that to happen so we need you to escape if you can. Your uniforms are likely to be taken away so it's impossible to hide items for your escape. For this training exercise, come up with an escape plan to escape from a heavily-guarded Capitol facility. The best one will be passed to all soldiers.

Gather up all the Tributes and the weapons and work together to knock out every guard in the capital, and get the train to the
nearest city, before it's too late.

Before the war begins, some troops from District 13 should sneak there way into the Capitol and knock out some of the guards for their uniforms. With these uniforms that they now have, and gotten rid of the evidence - they can then pass them out to troops in District 13. These troops then have the next difficult task of arranging their escape routes, it shouldn't be too difficult though, as they do have guard uniforms and it won't look as suspicous! They should each go to a side of the capitol (North, South etc) and from there attach ropes at the very top of the capitol, making it easy for the troops to just slide down and run to freedom.

Its very risky, but with good timing and co-operation, it might just work!

Train soldiers on how to aim their spit directly at a capitol guard's eye. Do something completely random first before spitting (the guard has to be facing the soldier) to distract them.

They should be too grossed out and all to notice a soldier running away.~
