Do you often get stressed? If so, how do you deal with it?

I'm practically a silver badger. It wouldn't surprise me if just for men have a warrant out for my arrest. I usually get stressed enough to the point that I'm like... **** it I'll go with the flow and that isn't great cos i get **** all done.

Yes, I normally give myself neuralgia so I end up going to the dentist and getting some anaesthetic which feels fab. Apart from that I just get on with life as I normally get stressed out with stuff like work/uni/money which eventually sort themselves out.

Under my circumstances I feel like I should be very stressed, but I actually feel better than ever. I've struggled with mental health issues for years now but I've been slowly getting better over the last two years. So I guess maybe I am stressed but still every month feels a bit better than the last one.

If I'm stressed about a specific thing though I will always sleep on the decision. Nine times out of ten I find I'll wake up and feel completely different about whatever was worrying me and my anxiety was actually warping my judgement.

I don't get stressed about schoolwork anymore as I've miraculously become freakishly organised this year. I have a lot more free time and so always do my work in my study sessions; I hardly need to do any work at all at home anymore.

I get stressed and this leads to panic attacks. I try various relaxation techniques to help and counselling if needed.

Meh despite quite a high pressured job and long(ish) hours I don't really get stressed much yet. I'm kind of used to working a lot so I never really get time to be stressed. When there's strict deadlines I get a bit stressed but that's only because I don't want to let my boss down.

I don't really get stressed over work. if I'm not able to do it then there's no point stressing over it. Generally speaking, I'm a very relaxed person with the odd period of stressing every few months or so which I usually end up taking out on the wrong people for the wrong reason.

I do get really stressed, especially bad because of my anxiety and the fact I'm a perfectionist - I don't like things going wrong or slowly so I stress about getting them done! I work really long hours at multiple places (including Habbox in that) and sometimes I do just crash from it and need to reboot.

However I'm quite good at dealing with it, I'll freak out for a while, rant at someone for an hour, then just sit down and get on with things, plough through.

I think Ive been stressed on occasions but I try not to let things get to me and find a way to deal with any difficulties before I get stressed. yet to lose my temper at work but I'd hate to as I feel I wouldn't be very nice to be around!

I don't get stressed as much as I used to. I'm more relaxed now. I am a perfectionist but I don't let it control my emotions as much. It's hard, but it's nice to walk away from a situation to clear my mind before coming back.

lately small things stress me out for no reason. i think my time management is what's making it like that so i just try to write a list of things that i'll do today, tomorrow, etc in between work shifts (i often work from 7am until 10:15pm so it's hard to do a lot of things in between) in order of priority and it's seemed to help a lot

I stress so much it's a joke. I worry about stupid things too. Generally I just try and switch off and try my best to just carry on as normal. I'll usually get stressed about things that are quite important or big and I won't calm down until it's over. I've been told one way of handling it is talking through situations with people and to let others know what you're thinking/feeling and also planning things out it advance, but I'm not the type of person who's too good at talking about my feelings etc soo... I also have to make sure I meet deadlines otherwise i'll just stress x10 more.

Everythingggg, legit. I'm self taught and can play by ear so I like listening to a song then trying to figure it out.
If (on the subject of stress and stuff) I really am stressed I prefer to improvise because that way I'm in complete control

People stress me out more than anything else I think. Like when you are trying to explain something and it's like talking to a wall.

That's the only time I really get stressed, or irritated tbh.

Apart from that I get put under a lot of pressure just in general, but that's normally me doing it to make myself work harder, especially on set!

Errr do different things about it, if i dont do anything it just develops into extreme sadness but i try and listen to some music that can help.

Also smoke if im extremely stressed which bizarrely works, but i avoid doing that a lot. Though sometimes being stressed does actually make me do A LOT more work than i would at a normal pace even though i feel more moody about doing it, always found that strange

oh and ive found that lately just drinking water really does me a lot of good emotionally..
