Soo, what do you put on top of your Christmas Tree is the simple question. In Britain i've only ever really heard of Angels and Stars although my Czech friend tells me it's different in continental European countries with other things, but yeah in our house we had an Angel yearssssss ago and then we changed to stars but about two years ago I wanted a traditional look again so I made us go back to an Angel on top of the tree.

What do you place on top of the tree?

We have this really old and tatty Father Christmas, for no better word, "figurine", which gets put at the top. My mother tried to replace it, but it just wasn't the same so we went back to it instantly lmao.

Star always. My mum hates putting angels on top of trees. I sewed + stuffed a star a couple of years ago too so we use that now. Quite proud of it tbh.

we have this weird angel thing. my mam bought a star to put on it 1 year but turns out the star was too heavy to be placed on top of it cause it just made the branch hang to the side and made the tree look all wonky :'(

We have a fibre optic tree so it's just one of the lights on it. However, we used to put an angel on the top of it.

We have a very old style Santa Claus (before coke) that goes on the top.

We used to always put an angel on it when I lived at home, but we tend to put a star now which is far too heavy for our tree so we have to bend it

We used to have this little deformed angel I made when I was nursery that we'd use until it fell off and my dog ate it
