I always have the weirdest dreams going, I used to always save my dreams as soon as i woke up as a note in my phone but they kept getting more and more bizarre that i stopped. Even when I don't eat before bed I still get these. Is there any way to stop having weird dreams / do you often have strange dreams that you remember?

Some of the dreams I saved:

Saturday 7th June 2014
I dreamt that I was bianca from eastenders and I had to keep running from house to house as there was a zombie invasion, we broke into some Asian house robbed all their rice and slept in the attic.

Sunday 8th June 2014
I was in a gym parking lot and some guy robbed my keys, so I spent a good 4 hours chasing him around the parking lot. Then dog the bounty hunter came and ****** **** up. I haven't a clue why but the guy ate my runners but I got everything else back. The end.

Sunday 23rd June 2014
Had a dream that me and my mate woke up at balarney rock and some homeless guy was trying to rob us and feed us bread, then we got lost outside these block of flats so we tried to flag down a taxi as they'd know where to go but no one would pick us up because the taxi drivers would not allow any pet homeless ppl

Friday 12th December 2014 (Last night)
I just had a dream that I went into tesco, seen a santa robe, beard and a cow boy hat, threw it on and start breakdancing on the tesco floor. It just so happens to be that a breakdancing expert was there, said i was brilliant and made me a global star.

From what I was reading in "five reasons to punch a dolphin in the face"- there was an article about the types of cheese affecting the types of cheese.

I have recurring dreams but not really weird ones. Also apparently people say there's a thing where they realise they're dream and then they can control their dream? I've never had that. If I realise I'm dreaming which is rare anyway, I wake up the second I do.

I don't think you can stop dreams really, but there are certain foods or activities you can do that make you more likely to dream I think?

lucid dreaming

seems like u have a lot of dreams about being robbed? lol i would guess u thinking of it so much means u focus on the dreams after uv had them and makes u worry about dreaming and so u end up dreaming later that night whereas i just wake up forget about it and go about my day

I have odd dreams sometimes. I'll try to write what I remember.

Ok so my first one is probably my strangest due to how vivid it is. It was basically just my dad opening the door to my room slightly. He woke me up and it was still dark. He just stands there, one hand on the door handle looking at me with weird eyes (dark around the eyes, quite white in the eye itself). He just stares at me and his ear starts to bleed then he leaves. When I got up, I genuinely had to check if he was alive.

Another one is when I dreamt I was, uhh... "pregant". But yeah, I was somehow pregnant even though I was myself in the dream and I was going around blady blah doing my own thing (this bit I don't remember much). Then, out of nowhere, my stomach starts to ooze this green frothy-slime kind of substance and just look at the person nearest me and start to cry about how I lost my child. When I woke up I was very disappointed.

Also, not one specific dream, but I've dreamt I've been shot in the head a few times. Woke up after each time I was shot.

Final one I remember was the other day. I dreamt I was dying and that I was basically doing my final goodbyes. Most people were getting something either sent online or written, but I think 1, maybe 2, people got it face to face. Then, when the time was coming, I told everybody to get out of the room.

They're not odd like yours, but still odd. I don't know why you'd want to stop dreams. I think the weirder the better as one day you will imagine one which could become the next big book/film/tv show (I may have withheld some of my dreams).

Lord of the rings battle mixed in with narnia I feel like I am a character in the dream but also I'm not.https://ssl.gstatic.com/ui/v1/icons/mail/images/cleardot.gif

Rats and animals with their children march up to the queen asking if they can hide their children in her throne room but she says no

Everyone starts singing and enjoying entertainment

Spinning blade randomly sitting in room cuts off head of princess

Big silver balls bouncing about in street destroying vehicles and property
I feel like I caused it

Men, clones that rip the skin from your body to insert tracking devices

You see dead people as they program you but there are different levels sometimes you have to do things for them sometimes they tell you stuff. Room they are in is like a junk shop downstairs but upstairs is like a clothes shop

I see the filming of the hobbit I am not a character in this scene I am just watching to see how its done. Bilbo says that he doesn't want to cut his legs off to look short and that they edit it after filming.

Girl I think it's the queen from first dream starts randomly doing a cooking show but it doesn't make sense I think to myself that maybe when she puts it in the microwave it comes out looking great

Im sitting in n&g's lounge martial arts, people dying I'm sitting with someone I get trapped and a ghostly shape appears inside me but doesn't do anything it's like my soul is trying to get out

People on other side of lounge are doing something bad, we're enemies but they dont attack me

i wanna be on antidepressants again just so i can experience them dreams |-) like i know people have lucid dreams etc but ad + benzo are nearing on what feels like 30+ mins of lucid dreaming plus so vivid it feels real

I sometimes have strange dreams, chased by people, being in a giant play set like the McDonald's one and crazy ****.

What I've done is something that Mayans did, create like a memories line in your dreams, just like in our lives, we wake up in our room and recognize it because we remember it. I ¡f you like, recognize yourself in your dreams you would be conscious and you will be able to control more your dreams, remembering past dreams and awaking consciousness in that 'dreams world'
wWhy they're weird? because when you dream you are your other you in a parallel universe!

Of course this takes so long time, it could take years! But you could be lucky someday and just something will wake you conscious in your dreams! (It's all about energy, you waste too much energy being conscious in that other world)

This may sound so crazy but that's how it is, I've done that and it's crazy!

ive always based my crazy dreams on how creative my mind is, altho cus i have such crazy dreams it rly wrecks my sleep and i remember it used to make me so sleepy all the time zzzz if i could stop anything it'd be the hallucinating when i wake up that ***** me over so bad, but i've not done it in my new place yet and hoping it stays like that. i get weird vibes from my last house and i remember being told that when my grandmother died everyone went there to kind of come together to say goodbye maybe the two are linked :O:O (i moved into the house my cousin had lived in years previously)

Omg, I used to have this dream book where you could record and write down all of your dreams and what you thought the relevance of them was.
It was so weird to read back on them and actually remember dreams that you'd had 5 months ago.
