December 23rd
I was really worried about not being able to get home this year, being 300 miles away but I'm travelling home (I get home on Christmas Eve) to spend it with my family.
Christmas has always been about cooking great food and spending time with my family, it's the only day of the year we try not to argue! I look forward every year to seeing people open their presents as I put a lot of time, effort, and money into buying nice ones!
I don't have a quote but I know on my way home all I'll be singing is "Driving home for Christmas" by Chris Rea... driving home for Christmas, Oh, I can't wait to see those faces...

Do you have to travel to be with family? If so, how far? If not, do you have family that travel in to be with you?

Post your answers in the comments below!

Not really because my close family all live in villages that are quite close to each other or next to each other so I'd say the most any of us have to travel is 15 minutes? I have quite a small family as I basically only have my mum's side, so it's easy to keep track of everyone haha
