Helena Bonham Carter and Tim Burton spilt

Actress Helena Bonham Carter and Hollywood film director Tim Burton have separated after over a decade together, it has emerged.



Ms Carter’s representative told People magazine that the couple “separated amicably earlier this year”, ending a 13-year relationship.The statement also asked for the couple’s privacy and that of their children to be respected at this time.


The pair met during the filming of Burton's 2001 remake of Planet of the Apes, in which Ms Bonham Carter played Ari, the daughter of Senator Sandar.

They are still probably good friends, hell they have two kids for a start. Don't see why people assume they won't work together in films anymore :P

Rumours are he's having a mid life crisis. Also he was more then likely cheating on her with his assistant early this year, so I dont know if it's amicable.

Hope she's alright though.
