How do you either deal with/relieve stress in your life?

for example, sit in listening to music to get things off your mind, going for a run/jog, just mindlessly drive around, etc?

prob embarrassing and childish but i cry to tom lol like it'll start off as me telling him about it and then i just get over emotional and start crying haha um it's actually quite a big responsibility to put on someone giving them the job of running around after me and calming me down constantly... i should start paying him. i just know that if i have a problem he can help talk me down and tell me what to do or solve it for me

otherwise i just go moody and hate everyone and listen to my sad music playlist

I'm kinda the same as Sharon. I'll rant at someone and have a bit of a cry if it's upsetting and get on with stuff. Sometimes though I'll just ignore it, although it's not good for me I've got enough to keep me distracted from it. Not having to deal with it means it's not there in my mind!

I find listening to or reading other people talking quite cathartic so browse forums, sit in habbo, listen to radio. Currently getting through the Ricky gervais show which is nice and distracting.

I also have a short but sad playlist if I'm feeling very emo

I'm exactly the same. I don't really get stressed that often anymore, but when I do I'll go on my laptop with my headphones in.

I find it rather impossible, it just gradually over time calms down--or at least by a bit. I do listen to music a lot while being so, but then again I'm always listening to music no matter what.

I usually walk away from the matter, and will resort to cleaning, or doing clothes washing.

I sort out whatever is stressing me. I only seem to get stressed by things that I can solve (like I've got a deadline coming up and I haven't even started the work) so I can just sort it out on my own.

Sometimes I start getting really stressed about things like exams (my mocks start today :'() and start to have panic attacks but normally I just pace up and down the kitchen and make sure I'm breathing really slowly and then I can calm down.

I tend to go to the gym as soon as I can - I go most days anyway, but sometimes extra is needed.

That or I bottle it up and just go batcrap crazy when it eventually explodes.
