Hey!

So, I recently got a new laptop. It's a Toshiba Satellite (no judge), Windows 8, all that jazz. I started it up, went through the whole setup process, cool. It starts going really, really slowly. I check the CPU usage and it's at 99%... I terminate all the programs I'm using that don't need to be running, though there's not many because it's a new laptop, but it's still running really slowly. I download this system care thing and run it, and it goes slightly faster, but not enough for it to actually run like it's a new PC. I can't run over two programs at a time, and even then it's a push. It hates web browsers and Habbox lags realllllyyy badly. Why, new laptop, why.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Will give 20c to whoever solves it for me. Will +rep whoever attempts to help.

specs of the laptop?
what's the top of the programs list that you terminate?
what's installed on your laptop?
is it full of crap from retailer?

installing that system care software wouldnt have helped, you're best off reinstalling windows

I'm afraid I'll break everything then it'll be completely unusable.

It's an AMD E1 6010, 1.35GH processor (bad, right?), dual core, integrated graphics card, 4GBs RAM.
I'll terminate Skype or Firefox, SAM if it's open.
Skype, Firefox, Chrome, OpenOffice, SAM Broadcaster
Probably, it was bought for me. I deleted some crap from it though because no.

You won't, just make sure you remember the laptop model and you should get the drivers easily enough via their website.
