Just to point out the Forum department who runs MOTM has two members of management. Also the forum management nor can be blamed, they wait for moderators to send in nominations, if they have been away over the holiday period its not managements fault. There are a few admins, but they are not involved.

Lmao that is true to an extent. They buck their ideas up after a reminder though.

Yeah guys it's coming. What has been said is generally how it happens. I post a thread, it gets ingnored for a while, I remind, there are some posts and ignored for longer before I have to remind again :P We have a complete list apart from two of the sections and I want to have at least one of them filled.

In terms of 'forum management being slow' I've been working a lot over the past few days but starting to quieten down now. Should be announced by tonight or tomorrow :)

If recommending people for MOTM is part of their job, then fire them if they just ignore it and have to be treated like a child in order to do what they're here for.

They shouldn't have to be told, then told again, then told again to get 1 name out of them.
