I just price-checked for you and the current (combined) price for the Totem Pole is 435c although do check this - I was trying to get on to the hotel just then to double check the prices but for some reason it isn't letting me log in past 87% loaded so yeah. :)

If you buy the pieces on their own you'll likely get them cheaper than together.
