Sounds pretty decent to be fair, don't know how your going to get the funding for legal songs though?

We don't claim we own the music or have any copyright rights to the music. All we do is stream the music from Vevo/Lastfm

So in other words your breaching the law by not being licensed for the music?

There is no law against streaming music from other sites. Youtube and the other sites we use to stream are happy for us to do so thats why they provide apis for this and they have the correct Licenses to do so.

If you read the LastFM Api terms you'll see this as one of their clauses

"This Agreement does not entitle you to stream music or other content available on the Last.fm Site."

We don't stream it from Last.FM streams from Youtube just Last.fm api allows us to pull proper titles, direct links for Itunes and Amazon purchases and any Lyrics.

I won't be using it, so idc if it's legal or not. Although, I like the layout, kinda slick. Good luck with it.

I'm sure you could get done for not paying for copyrighted material. Sharing a music video and streaming copyrighted music without licenses are two different things. Youtube for example has the term

You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of YouTube or the respective licensors of the Content.
