HabboxLive Monthly Show

I am interested in doing a Monthly show for HabboxLive which is themed. The first one I intend to do is Disney, as it's always good fun from what i've seen in the past, I intend to try this from my laptop which has a seperate mic from the one I use on my PC, so with any luck the mic will be better than what i've had in the past.

I intend to have on client stuff running aswell as on air, so for Disney there would be a Disney quiz and if I can fund the credits (which I should be able to soon) I would like to have a Best Dressed competition aswell.

I have other themes in mind aswell like Harry Potter, perhaps Pokemon aswell.

I am trying to cater to everyone's tastes in an attempt to raise HabboxLive listeners and Habbox users as whole, on the client.

What would be great, is some other themed ideas which you could see working on air and on client, if I happen to still be here in December/end of December I could do a round up of the past 12 months and try and offer bigger prizes.

I am extremely passionate about the idea of raising users so any geniune ideas would be appreciated, and I hope I can meet any expectations people may have for this.

I think it would be really good to do, there's no harm in trying!

You could even try films or popular tv series' & I'll help on client if needed

or at least one that's dedicated to old music, if there isn't already one

Get members of staff from other departments involved and expand the idea to last for like a few days or a week.Themes always work well, there are dressing up comps, themed events, etc that can be done.

Agree with Lewis needs to be more proper rock and roll!

That's not a bad idea Kyle. The events team could help, graphics staff could help with a banner perhaps amongst other things. I was thinking instead of putting it in a different room and I have asked Kelly's permisson, perhaps doing it in the HxHD because it works well enough for SNQ so would be a good setting for other quizzes, it helps get HxL and HxHD noticed and used more often, potentially drawing in new people.

Events work but after the event people disappear off to the HxHD if no other event is on, so instead of disappearing, everyone will still be in the one room. I will have a proper think of how to involve other departments, competitions staff could also be onboard with this idea aswell.

I know Jssy; plays old genre's of music or atleast she used to and i'm sure she would again.

If people let me know what song era they want, I am usually pretty happy to try and cater to them, I play a variety of songs from different era's. I like things like Elvis, songs like Great Balls Of Fire, Cecelia (the older version) for some examples.

If I did themed things like Harry Potter, The Hunger Games etc, there's plenty of on client stuff that can be done, but I am a little unsure how to adapt these to on air things other than just on air competitions.

Yeah I do still play old stuff but it doesn't seem as popular anymore :(

Maybe you could talk to Absently; Kellie; and Shonly; and have a little section of HxHD set up specially for the event? That means users wouldn't be split between AFKing in HxHD and doing whatever in your room. It would be more sensible to have all users in one room and we've seen in the past that it's difficult to get people out of the Help Desk.

Harry potter u could play magic themed songs etc like I put a spell on you , hunger games could be food based like the pizza hit song or red hot chilli peppers. Be as tenuous as you like with the links so long as the rest of the event is fun ppl will love it

I like these ideas so far, going to plan this out as best I can. The first one may be a little rushed as it's coming to the end of this month, but I will do my best with it.
