If you received enough money to never need to work again (whether it's just enough to live comfortably or millions in excess i'll leave up to you), what would you spend your time doing?

If I had loads of money I would spend it on causes close to me: architecture/town planning, political causes and some charities. And my garden.

Play games.
Build a big house with secret rooms and stuff, raise a family, maybe live on a farm with some rabbits and alfalfa.

Does investing the money count as work? Like, I'd buy a company and get them to make things I want like my game or movie ideas etc. If I can't do that, I'd probably go around the world a bit with some people.

I honestly don't know. I would have to start doing things that are going to keep me entertained such as travelling.

honestly i love jigsaws so I could finally do as many as I want and just keep buying more every time I ran out yesss
and fund the PSP Association as it's very close to my heart. they asked for £132,000 a few months ago and if I had unlimited money I'd donate them all the money they needed in a heartbeat
and buy one pug and one big dog like maybe a st bernard

Probably still work. Less, probably freelance stuff, but I need a raison d'etre, can't stand endlessly doing nothing
snowboarding and enjoying time with friends

no. i know 1
Even if I had enough money I would want to keep working. If that of course isn't an option I would just spend time with my family and make sure they would have a happy life.
We all know you'd spend your time giving out somewhere on the forum.

If I only had enough money to live comfortably, then I wouldn't want to not work. I would go insane after a while, there is only so much you can do with limited funds before it gets boring. If I had millions in the bank then I would like to work as to restore historic homes in the county that I live in to preserve them for future generations. I would also study to some kind of significant level the history of the royal family in as much detail as I could going right back in time to a time when the monarchy was founded.
But then again, that is all work, just something I would find to some extent pleasurable and I would want it to fill my time... I would also buy a fleet of cars including a range rover and an aston martin... and a rolls royce, and maybe an aston martin smart car.

I've thought the same, but then I remember nahh I want to travel and go out! I love babies so much too , but yeah would need a break haha.
if i was in a relationship i'd travel the world with my boo. if not then i'd probs still work as long as i enjoyed it, think i'd end up having a breakdown if i didn't have work to occupy my mind and wasn't kept actively busy

Oh me too but only with my own kids, not other peoples' ugh ;l
This genuinely is my plan if we're well off enough in the future or if childcare is more expensive than anything I can earn. I really like the idea of baking cookies and bread and teaching my kids to paint and things omg

Perhaps compose music for other people to listen to, without the whole money side of it.
I'd still do the thing I love and work in IT, whether it be from home or helping other people.

Travel! I want to visit so many places
I would do everything money would let me. Travel mainly. I think is get too bored if I only had enough money to live comfortably, and would want to work. Even if it's voluntary
Inseriousity.

If I had all the money I needed, I would fund my borough's libraries as they are talking about making big changes, then I would give myself a job in one of them. I'd make sure I had a good say on things, also make sure that I come up with a proper contract that would say the council couldn't make changes without them going through me.
Once I have everything sorted, I would travel the world bit by bit when I could, take up more hobbies.
If I never had to work, I think i might end up being the laziest person ever. I probably would go crazy!
I'd save up and travel the world and not have to worry about working. In saying that I'd probably get a fun job like working in a bar somewhere cool so that I don't become really lazy. That way I can still meet new people.
