How often do you send/receive trophies?

How often do you send/receive trophies to other habbos? Birthdays, Christmas, other special occasions, or just whenever the credits are at hand? What kind of things are written on them?

I was looking through my trophies last year and realised that back in 2005/2006 people used to send trophies regularly and I remember trophy swaps happening a lot. Through the years my trophy rate has dwindled and generally only get trophies from close friends or for Christmas or whatever. I was wondering whether younger people send/receive more trophies or maybe my tightness has meant people don't want to give me trophies knowin they aren't guaranteed one back

Does anybody send trophies with no (secret) expectation of one back?

Most of the trophies I've got are from Habbox awards, then I've got a few from people on here, only 1 in the last year I think? I also have a couple from hottest HABBO awards (lol) and a couple I've just won.

I save gifts like trophies too though, never open them and have them stacked up in a room :)

Used to exchange trophies a lot back in 2006 when I was very active on Habbo, but that's no longer the case. I still send out the occasional trophy to Graphics staff as a reward and to say thanks :D

Mainly Christmas or Birthday, but lately I've been getting pointless trophies from Wubing; :O. They all say lots of different things, I think half of them have cute messages :D
