How often will you state your opinion on something? are you typically afraid of giving your opinion?

If so (afraid), why? is it in case they don't accept it or feel the opposite?

Do you typically share your opinion easier online or face to face with someone/a group?

Im afraid if I don't really know the person a lot because I don't know if they will bite back

as much as i can but i'm quite quiet irl so hard to make yourself heard over a noisy class or w/e!

easier to share my opinion online but only on topics that interest me like tv

I used to never give my opinion and let everyone else take the limelight, but lately I'm being more forward with my opinions

i'm more open about my opinion w/ family and friends....... i keep my opinions to myself irl unless it's something i think is important to talk about.

I don't like giving my opinions often on the forum, in real life or wherever else. Although I may have an opinion with stuff to back it up or a good argument for it, I hate actually trying to defend my opinion even if I know I could.

Online I'll give my opinions every time if they contribute to the discussion.

In real life I wouldn't give my opinion unless someone asked for it. Even then I'd be reluctant to share it with my family because my mother is very good at asking for your "honest opinion" and then getting upset when it's not what she wants to hear.

I am extremely opinionated about a lot. I am happy to share my opinions irl, but I can be a bit cautious around like people I don't know too well, but will gradually become more open about them

If I can't share my own opinion (because it's already been taken by somebody else and saying "I agree" is really boring) then I'll just share an opinion for an excuse to talk about something. Sometimes I filter myself but a lot of the time I don't, I just find more tactful ways of bringing a point across that are less likely to offend.

I'm happy to state my opinion of just about anything, not really fussed at the response I'll get. However, I do try to remain impartial when someone is asking for advice on something fairly personal as letting personal feelings get in the way of whats the best solution is a bad thing to do.

Most of the time I'll say my opinion to people. There is the odd occasion I'll do it my friends about other people. But who doesnt

I'm very honest and upfront but I also won't go looking for a debate/argument either so it does mean sometimes I have to sit on what I think until the right opportunity to discuss it comes along.

I used to hold back before...too scared what people might think. I don't really hold back much anymore...I think anyway.

Used to never want to state my opinion, but both IRL and online I find myself more willing to express my views. Sure it hasn't made me more popular, but I'm glad I can do it :P

I tend to stay quiet unless someone who has the same opinion as me says something, then i'll join in and share my views on it (so I know I've got someone to back me up LOL)
