Habbox Predictions ~ 2015

There was one of these posted last year which was good, so I thought it would be interesting to see what the community thinks is going to happen during this year.

All you have to do is post your predictions for Habbox 2015 here.

Some of the predictions from last years thread are below.

Green = Correct
Red = Incorrect

At least one department will be axed/merged before 2015.
At least one of the current AGMs will resign/be fired before 2015.
Version 7 still won't be released by 2015.
there will be a new department formed later in the year which will then flop next year
content and news will merge i think, very soon as well next couple of months.
helpdesk axed
1 catfish that nobody will expect
MattG will Resign
Chris will be offered GM
Bolt660 will be removed from the do not hire list
Something with rep will change
Sierk will come online
Habboxlive / HabboxWiki / Habbox Forum / Habbox will become a single site
Competitions and Events will become one department

At least one department will be axed/merged before 2016 - Given the state of some departments I think this will definitely happen this year
Version 7 will actually be released - It might actually be released as there's at least a wordpress install confirmed so it's going in the right direction. I think it'll be a massive disappointment though but it's necessary to move on.
Either the forum will basically come to a stand still, or the current forum management will resign/be fired - Self explanatory really
One catfish at least that nobody will suspect - this has become something that's almost guaranteed to happen every year lately
lRhyss and MattG still won't go to manchester/newcastle with Habbox t-shirts and advertise Habbox
Bolt660 will resign/be fired at least twice throughout the year
Habboxlive will merge with Habbox - when V7 comes I think they'll finally merge them both
We'll implement a like system
More and more focus will be taken away from Habbo and focus on the existing community since Habbo will continue to go downhill

Also with regards to yours, rep did change. We both have a rep count, a rep indicator on given/received reps and piss rep bars.

My predictions:

Sulake will find out and be angered about the habbox lottery, causing it to be cancelled.
V7 will be released in June or July of 2015.
The events department will get get much better but only resulting in one of the current leading departments to become the next underdog.
Phil will resign as forum manager.
IzzyUhh will resign as habboxlive manager.
There will be general management changes with updates to the different roles or a resignation.
There will be a dismissal of a well-known prominent staff member (e.g. bolt660, samanfa, inseriousity. -- these are all chosen at random though, no specific reasons for these names)
The rare values department will be removed or merged with content.

Content Departments will merge together, or at least talk about merging it.
Merging of Habboxlive and Habbox.
Five current department managers will resign over this year
Events & Competitions becoming more united but not merged.
HelpDesk will become a "AFK boost"

because we've been waiting for like 4 years for it, so it's going to be crap when it's realised due to how long we've waited and it won't live up to how long it's taken to develop.

Any release, even if it wasn't V7 is still going to be a massive disappointment due to how long it has been since a new version was released. I just can't wait to make the admin side of things a hell of a lot easier and makes more sense to what we have now though. So a bonus to everyone in the backend I suppose! :P

That is pretty much what the plan is in a way, getting everything fixed and ready for a bog standard release of V7 and then continue dev on that so we can release updates/new version without the long wait of previous versions. (*)

* - This can only happen if we continue having people working on and actually do the work that is needed. If not, that's where big long delays come in and just causes us to go sloooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Disclaimer out of the way so I am not bobba'd if it comes to that.
