Basically my machine is ****, its ancient, I know i need an upgrade, which i'll actually build this time. I currently own a dell xps 8300. Had issues a couple of months ago with one of the hard drives, did scans and it was constantly spiking into no power, which kept crashing the os. So I'm currently using the other hard drive to run the os that works fine, it's getting a little old but it doesn't spike. I've checked all my RAM using memtest, they didn't return any errors, considering i ran it for a good 16 hours, it should be fine. I've made sure everything is up to date, drivers, gfx, windows updates etc. I did only recently add more thermal paste to my CPU but again from looking at the CPU, it isn't overheating.

What specifically happens:
It blue screens, says its caching, goes to a black screen, the power button turns yellow, 4 beeps are sent continuously until the machine was restarted (manually).

I've checked google and everything seems to lead back to RAM, I've no idea what to do, any suggestions other than chuck it in the bin? :P
This is what event viewer is returning;

You could try this program if you need to find info about the errors http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
