How good/bad is your fitness level? What sort of exercise / activities do you do?

Awful. I can't even run up the road without getting out of breath. Embarrassing, really :'(

Awful, my boyfriend tries to help me with is as I need to with my program at College but I don't go enough to see results.

My fitness is so bad. I'll feel like I need to work out or something so I do for like 10 minutes then get bored. I should try get fitter lol I get tired too easily. I wish I didn't stop going horse riding now cry.

I am so unfit :( Even when I was actively going to the gym I was doing hardly any cardio so wasn't even fit then

I used to be ranked as one of the best sportsman in my year (back when I was in Primary), winning gold medals and always getting invited to football matches but ever since my move to the Philippines two years ago, I kind of just lost the will to be fit. So there you go, story of my life. :I

i go through periods of where im rly fit and will go running, swimming etc. but atm im going through a lazy period cus i've been so swamped down with uni :(

Could be better I guess O,.P, but though I sports would like to more Gym stuff/lifting etc ... but that is way way different Team Sports = a bit off-putting as a challenge I think (though I should make it one) Lol

but now i train 5 days a week started by going to gym one day of cardio one day of abs
after gym i go to different classes:
mondays being HIIT class (high intensity interval training)
tuesdays being boogie bounce (having a mint time on trampolines)
wednesdays being body fat burn classes (mainly circuit training, pure cardio etc)
thursdays i do legs bums and tums heheh
friday it's shut :(

Very fit. Workout for a few hours five days a week.

Mines average, I train once a week and play once a week, so twice in total. Unless we have a few games that weekend.

I play hockey. I hate running without something to do though, like I couldn't just run but I can with a hockey stick and ball lol

I am awfully unfit, I can hardly run for like 30 seconds non stop, my stamina is awful. I love riding my bike and I hope that helps haha, going to ride a lot more when we break up for summer, I want to start going the gym but don't have the time.. :(

I never really needed to 'keep fit' by going the gym or anything because of dance in college but now I don't do it I definitely need to start

Same as Richie; though, my bed wins keeping fit vs bed. I have 0 motivation :(

Normally very good but drops significantly during stressful periods. I have a small selection of weights and a daily routine but finding a few hours for actual gym fitness is tough with encroaching deadlines! Rather just do crunches between league of legends games. :) I did manage to get in the gym today though for te first time in a while and I feel wonderful so I'll try to slot a few more sessions a week in.

I used to figure skate and do cross country and cycling when I lived in Scotland, but since moving my motivation levels have been pretty poor.
Would really love to start a routine again.

I went to the gym for like 4 months I paid for another 4 about a month ago but havent gone back but am healthy enough

My fitness is probably the best it's been for years it's actually quite shocking and I like it so much I'm probably going to expand what I do. I only really lift weights and do a lot of strength exercises, but my diet is better and I'm now tempted to start running soon (probably after the Easter break). I never thought I would type those words.
