Personally I feel support is at its worst. I miss casinos / bingos but I can understand why they were removed.

What don't you like and wish they'd change?

I miss Casinos, and Ludus and how he was with fansites.

I never bet in casinos so that isn't any loss to me, and I've never been a huge fansite user either.

The thing with player support is I think if you get the answers you want, you like them, and if you don't get the answer you want, you don't. I don't have much dealings with support, but whenever I do, I find them very useful and helpful. That is just me though...

The main thing I miss is help desks and the helping community. 2002 - 2012ish, that was what I did on Habbo. I worked in help desks and I helped other users. It was a strong community, further strengthened by Hobbas, Habbo X's, etc. Unfortunately it is dead now.

Casinos and the old message board on the old site, it's horrible embedded into the client tbh, and no post count on it either :(

Considering I was trade locked for no reason this past week and customer support does BOBBA all, this is the worst part of Habbo. They don't care about their dedicated users. BOBBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

I like the new homepage and switching to the hotel easily even though I don't use the homepage. I do miss casinos and such though, every now and then it would be fun to pop in and do a few rounds. Habbo can't stay the same forever although it would have been much better if they waited until all features were available. Also RIP my poor credits spent on homepages :(

I feel like I'm one of the few people who don't actually miss casinos but I do miss old HC rooms and old games

I miss the sense of community. When your friends would all consistently log in at the same times and do fun things. DJ party rooms, etc.

I don't like the way Habbo is managed nowadays, it seems very unorganized and 'higgledy-piggledy'.

I don't like how things are over used for the simple fact that they sell. One of the main purposes of Habbo was buying and trading furniture and now most prices are ruined with bundles and builders club. Rares are also ruined with no casinos.

I preferred it back in the old days there was a bigger and better habbo community and it has rocketed down and I feel like this is due to the strict rules and removal of casinos ect

I think the entire game is worse than it was, from the tatty furniture (not as bad now as a couple of years ago) to casinos, user support: everything.

Yep and new implications it seems like they want the client almost tabbed into their website

I don't like how much they seem to be pushing for people to buy credits. I understand why they're doing it (milking a cow before it drowns) but it feels like they're killing it more. They're going to push buying things too much in peoples faces that it just forces them to go offline and never come back. They need to bring back games like Snowstorm and start the old tournament system they used to have.

Basically I don't like how overly commercial it feels now.

I like the current look and colouring ... but how it changes and you can find 2 different versions at the same time through searches is a bit wierd - but guess it's ok as so though.

Habbo has always been bad managed, at least the northern habbo hotels like habbo.no .se .dk
They had poor managment, did some really weird and stupid staff changes, and later on made it harder to contact staff members when you really needed them. This is also the reason for scandinavian habbo fansites did poorly. When i was an active
habbo.no player back in 2008 they had about 70.000 online members. the last year it's been below 300 wich is the reason they are closing down. Whenever they tried to fix their management to get more users they always failed big time and ended up going back to their original plan, witch would make even more chaos. Everything was going good until the beta arrived several years ago.

Casinos and fun games including Snow Storm, Wobble Squabble and Battle Ball. They made a made a mistake removing those games because if you think about it thats more money they could have gotten from the tickets that were being purchased. They could have at least changed it to where if you HC you can play those games for free. I think the number one thing that gets me is how much Habbo was growing in 2008 and then they make these changes, however, I was a little upset at the fact they merged the hotels but I look at it this way, if they didn't I wouldn't of met most of you. Although it was merged and prices were completely messed over it messed me up a lot, I had over 200 HCs, and many HC items that costed me a lot time even my Silver dragon I won back in 2007 dropped incredibly and hurt me a lot. I guess it's the memories that make this game so fun. I don't know what their ideas are but hopefully they stop updating the game so much and ask us for our feedback before they make changes.
