My first banner (Habbox Help Desk Banner)

Hello!

I've been wanting to learn how to make banners or headers or whatever for some time now, and I've gotten some advice from Drew and the other graphics-people. So I tried making one. Sooo, yea:

don't like the size of habbox banners. 547x143 is pure filth. what i'd do personally is cut off part of the left side, to about the tree to get rid of that blue dead space.
double borders are outdated as well imo.

your volter text is too big, and probably not AA'd properly. what's your settings? there's probably some intro thread in your staff forum that tells you what you need for it.

you could have some fun with those empty bunny furni as well if you wanted some extra detail :¬:

saying all that, this banner is far from bad. i like it. keep working, maybe try animating the habbos next time.

Is the black bit on the top right corner of your banner intentional? Because it kind of makes everything iffy.

Apart from that (and your sub-title font! Sorry, but it doesn't fit the 'Habbox Help Desk' title to me), everything else is pretty cool. :)

I'm pretty good at alterations, and I could make the characters a bit more detailed, but I don't know if it really needs that. I like it this simple. I'll update the volter text :)

Don't know what you mean by black bit? Do you mean the border? If so, yes, it is intentional. :)

super cute background and love the font colour u chose. imo the text placement doesnt seem right tho and could be a bigger font. great job :)

No it's good that you've posted it!! I agree with the others. I think it's really good. The only thing I'm not totally keen on is the white text under the Habbox Help Desk title, but that's only something really minor. If you were to change that to something that suited the banner a bit more, then it would be even better! But I think it's a really cute banner overall. Constructive critisicm is there to help you improve, don't let it deter you from posting your work in the future. You are really talented and i'd definitely encourage you to post more of your graphics. It's something i'd never have the patience to do so just learn from the feedback. It's all about the learning!!

I think the theme is cute. But I agree with the volter text being too big but also shadows? Where are they? :S
the position of Kelly and Sho on the pillows is off too and yeah, top left corner there is some sort of black thing idk what that is. Few empty spaces too and maybe the main text needs some gradient or at least a drop shadow. But nice one, well done.

The bunny looks weird as it has no face.
The font on "Need help? Just ask!" needs improving as "ask" is not clear.
