Agreed with loop it looks awful and aside from the symbol and word this could be any vogue fashion house. The point of women's day is to empower women, not to pander to stereotypes.

yes true. Request came from a guy, he asked me to do a room about woman working in a factory. Idea: Not only men can do hard work. With that in mind I made this (make over) factory room. The complete room will be in a factory style, girls taking the hard work over.
