It's difficult to find a proper path because the future's always seemed sort of elusive to me. I want to join the military, spend a few years in the army. Perhaps for life, perhaps until I earn enough to settle down.
Find a flat with my partner and... take it from there, really.

Would like to settle in a different country and find a job that's emotionally rewarding for me but other than that just going with the flow man.

doesn't that sound amazingly exciting!

Get a degree, travel the world, live somewhere cold in an expensive apartment, live with someone I love and have a job that I actually enjoy :¬:

Really detailed plans are a bad idea. Life throws up all sorts of **** at you that you weren't expecting and if you've had it "all planned out" since the age of 7 then you're a bit screwed when you suddenly don't get the promotion you were expecting or find out you can't have children.

I think it's nice to just think of the things you'd like to do in life and strive for them. I don't really have any sort of plan at the moment, though I'd love to work in A&E (particularly in minors woo) and seem completely set on being a mother which is odd because I hate babies, but I wouldn't hate my own.

Life is generally just one big decline and if you accept that then at least the parts which are any good are a nice surprise.

well then... :(

Speak for yourself.

If I had that outlook on life I'd legit just be sat in my bedroom all day. Isn't it all about making it what you want it to be. Surely it doesn't have to be a decline unless you make it a decline. If I looked at my life as one big decline I'd just be depressed and yeah, sit doing nothing with my life (which will not happen because i'll make sure of it!!). Well that's my life plan anyway :)

Hmm maybe that's it, university. :P

I just think life generally though is full of losing people, losing your health and it's all rather sad. I always think the worst so I am not disappointed if it's better.
