Windell D. Middlebrooks Who played Kirby Morris is 'The Suite Life on Deck' and whose also been in programs like 'The Bernie Mac Show', 'My Name Is Earl', 'ER', 'Scrubs', 'Cougar Town' and many more died yesterday (10/03/15) aged 36 in Los Angeles.
