What things do you think are important to do with family?

What do you feel is important to do as a family?

Spend important birthdays together. So like 21st and things. To be honest, I've been brought up to do everything as a family so like Christmas, Eurovision :'), birthdays, all things like that.

I think having meals as a family is a fairly important thing; for me it's pretty much the only time I actually see and converse with my mum and stepdad for more than 5 minutes and without it I'd basically be a hermit with no proper ties to the household. I know a lot of people don't sit down for a meal with the family and just eat separately and I think that that basically cements the idea that you aren't a unit which is really sad

I honestly think sitting down with your family once a week makes a difference, even though it's only once a week. I used to do this but we don't really anymore.

I always make an effort to see grandparents so I just go to see them or we have them over for roast dinner whenever I am home.

Birthdays, special occasions and discussing big changes that will impact everyone (like moving houses etc).

I think sitting down with the family for dinner at least once a week is important. Organising a day out with the family is also important and I try to do this at least once a month. Special occasions such as birthdays and holidays like Christmas, Easter and the Summer holidays always brings our family together.
