I find it so difficult to get to sleep but then my father falls asleep within like seconds of closing his eyes. Can you get to sleep easy? If so, how do you do it omg I'm always so tired because I can't sleep

Absolutely not I have mild to strong insomnia depending on the day/night so quite often I will be laying in bed doing nothing at all for hours before I am able to get to sleep

No it takes me absolutely ages. I can lie awake for hours and it doesn't even really bother me, I just lie there waiting to sleep.

If im nervous for an exam or something the next day then I will find it so hard to sleep, normally it takes me like 15 mins to sleep.

No not really, it used to be worse than it is now, but I'm usually just doing other things to try and help me get to sleep.

It takes me a while to feel tired enough, but as soon as I hit that point, I'm gone.

I normally fall asleep within the first 15 minutes or so of being in bed, even while Absently; is in a full blown conversation with me

It depends really. When I go to bed late I just hit my pillow and I'm gone ha. I could sleep through anything. But sometimes I can't if say I'm not tired and have stuff to think about

I used to be really bad for not being able to get to sleep but I find it effortless now!

Yeah I normally get to sleep pretty easily once I start trying. When I go to bed I'm normally messaging my girlfriend for a while and once she falls asleep I'm normally pretty tired so normally asleep within like ten minutes. Sometimes when I am in my college house it's supperrrrr cold so it takes a bit longer then

If my sleep pattern is good (as it is now) I have no problem... indeed I am off to bed in about fifteen minutes times.

If not then it's a nightmare, but thats what being bored away from home at university does to you.

Yes, very easily. It's the waking and getting up that's the hard part.

if I have a sleeping pattern yes, because then I'll find it easier to sleep when I'm tired but if me going to bed and waking up is all over the place and I don't wake up until like 3pm, I'll struggle in the night :(
