I guess the question here is more 'can you wear shoes in the house?' because I know a lot of parents don't like it when shoes are worn in the house. I remember when I was younger my friend always told me I had to take my shoes off but in my house, I always wore shoes around the house. Even now, I have shoes on in the house most of the time. But yeah, do you wear shoes in the house?

I hate wearing shoes so much, I basically take them off the second I'm indoors!! Would quite happily be barefoot all the time if roads weren't so sharp and gravelly and it was socially acceptable.

No I usually just take them off, I don't have to I want to. I generally take them off in Max's too as they've only just moved in and it's courteous.

Very rarely, if I forgot something and I'm running in to pick it up then I will, otherwise no I'll take em off at door

No I'm not a barbarian. Shoes come off as soon as I enter any household that I plan on staying in for longer than a short period. Unless I'm wearing socks with holes in. Odd socks are fine tho. My cousins' grandparents were a bit weird and had special slippers they made people wear when they were in their house but they had flavoured milk and a vast collection of toy cars they allowed us to play with so that made up for it.

No - why would I want to trample all the dirt from outside into the carpets?

My parents never told me to take my shoes off or anything, I just prefer my feet to be free. When I used to go out drinking, there wouldn't be a night where my shoes stayed on for the duration.

Well we deffo aint posh enough that you must remove shoes when you enter the house and i feel uncomfortable if I went into someone's house and they asked me to take my shoes off!! I take them off at home for comfort reasons or if I go to like my best friends/fams houses, where I can make myself at home!!

I like to take my shoes off as soon as I get in. Sometimes if I'm in a rush though and going back out in say five minutes I'd leave them on

Nah it's not a rule to have them off but it's more of a choice for comfort!

Nope! I take them off and put them on the shoe rack, I clean them before if they're dirty so I don't have to do it in the morning if I plan on wearing them as I'm normally in a rush!

350 post!! hehe

No I do not.

In other people's houses I do (I have a weird thing about other people seeing my feet idefk) unless they ask me to take them off.

rarely. We have carpet throughout most of our house (excluding bedrooms, bathrooms and the kitchen). I'll generally wear socks or nothing.
