Blocked nose

So I'm feeling a little bunged up and my nose is blocked and its runny anyone got any tips on how to get rid?

have a hot shower

Pour a bowl of hot (almost boiling) water and put your head over it and a towel over your head to keep the steam in! This also pretty much works for if you're in a hot shower or bath as well, it also helps clear mucus from throat/inner nostrils too :)

If you have any get some Vicks Vaporub and use it at night and put some in the bowl if you do that trick.

I've been struggling with a blocked nose & throat for ages so I feel your pain :'(

Keep plenty of tissues on you all the time (obviously) and try to blow your nose rather than sniff if that makes sense.
Take hot showers and steam as much as you can (minimum of 5 minutes each time)
There are also herbal alternatives you can try but personally they've never helped me out.

i normally just hold my nose, take a deep breath, take large steps around the room and then once you're out of breath breathe through your nose and it should be clear

I think i seen a video on the tea pot before, its like you put this stuff in a teapot and you snort the steam which has all good stuff for you i think.

Try eucalyptus spray if you have it over there idk?

It it feels weird at first and you can feel it about to come through your other nostril but it's fine

I used to hate the feeling of a blocked nose, i don't get it anymore, think its cos im growing a forest up my nostril, so it gets stuck to the hair rather than my actual nose LMAOO oml that's vile
