What type of cheese do you usually have?

My family have always had Red Leicester cheese and I found it weird when like I discovered my mates had other cheeses as their normal cheese, and weirdly even though I have tried other cheeses and don't mind them I still always prefer Red Leicester on sandwiches or melted on toast because when I think of cheese I think of that. It's strange given the variations in cheese tastes how our ideas of what cheese tastes like must be.

How about you? Or are you not a cheese fan?

We normally buy Asda two for £5 blocks of cheese, a mature and extra mature block. I'll normally buy brie and mozzarella for cooking also.

Red cheddar and white. Red for on toast/in sandwhich and white for cooking with. I've only just started having Brie as I made a recipe with it and it was amazing.

I'll eat any kind of cheese apart from blue tbh, I love cheese.

In my fridge right now I have 2 different kinds of cheddar, grated mozzarella, mozzarella ball, cheese strings,
Philadelphia and a slice of Brie.

I'll often buy feta cheese though and Edam, as a treat! They basically go on rotation with the Brie :)

Over the course of the year, I'll just stick to bog standard cheddar due to the fact I can pretty much use it for anything. I simply don't eat enough cheese to justify buying any other sort except when Christmas comes around and I stuff my face.

I love cheese - so knowing a minority of people don't kind of just confuses me. But anyway! Um, I quite like Eden/Edam cheese, Mozarella cheese, American cheese, and Cheddar cheese.
