take a dire situation like a kidnap, would you be able to keep your cool and assess it logically or would you just freak out?
id say im rather hotheaded and rash, urgent matters just clouds my vision to see things clearly, so nope, i cnt remain calm at all

No, i'll panic.
I swear I always have this dream of my house getting burgled and i can't scream / shout upstairs to let someone know as I'm in extreme shock lmao
always chilled out and level headed which sometimes works against me and im accused of being too nonchalant n not caring about anything. worrying serves no logical purpose

I panic about everything, so no. People always think I'm so good with being calm, but it's normally me freaking out inside or panicking. I remember recently when my grade for an exam said I wasn't there and that Id failed the module over it. Seriously lost my cool, but my friend was like you're so calm!!!! Wow!!! But I'm pretty sure I was shaking like a leaf :( it's all good though, wasn't my fault whatsoever and I had indeed attended that exam and passed

I'm generally a very laid back person, for... Reasons.
But I bottle things up, so I have a few days a month where I will just explode for no reason, like the other day when I called my flat mate every name under the sun because she went home and left her clothes in the dryer, meaning I couldn't dry my dress shirt for my interview :P

I'm very calm and would remain calm in this situation.

I don't think I really could.

If it comes to a situation that is very serious then I could remain calm, then again if I assess the situation as pretty much hopeless/little option then I would go hot headed as I would have nothing to lose. So in other words, highly defensive but on high alert if that's the right way to put it.

I excel in situations where someone else needs help and is relying on me. I freak out about the smallest things like not being able to find my shoes or something, but two summers ago when my grandma was attacked by the cat and lost 2 litres of blood on the living room floor I was absolutely fine. I just cleaned her up and slowed the bleeding, then mopped (one mop, two tea towels, and an entire roll of kitchen roll) the floor and cleaned up her chair because there was blood EVERYWHERE and got her up to bed.
I was absolutely fine until I was back downstairs and I looked down and realised that the knees of my pyjamas were soaked with blood and that just made me break down.

I have an initial split second of panic but I am able to think rationally and get on and direct people around me.

I panic far too much sometimes. If someone was to get kidnapped I'd freak out and worry so much

I'd probably panic, but be calm enough to know what was going on and help in any way I could... not help a kidnap by the way.
in a situation like that i wouldnt be able to remain calm at all
ould prob freak
Yeah I'd probably freak out.
I'd just panic and once I started I wouldn't be able to stop.
Inseriousity.

For the most part, yes. Very rarely am I ever not calm, but when I'm not I really can lose it.
