I know that once you leave school it's really difficult to keep track of them once you start a new life. Did you always manage to keep in contact with yours?

Our current generation it is probably one of the easiest times to keep track of friends after school considering the vast amount of people who use social media websites and the likes.
It's a matter of if you have any interest in keeping up with their lives, and I did not, and do not.

I keep in contact from time to time. Will usually see them whenever I'm at my parents house as opposed to uni house, but I can see that becoming less common as time goes on.

nah. our group was gradually disbanding once we finished school and i purposely didn't keep in contact with some of them tbh, then some of them obviously didn't want to keep in contact with me when i tried and that's just life. only friends with one person since school. if i see some people i know and were acquaintances i'll sometimes stop and chat

no i feel like we're all in different stages in our life... one has gone to do her phd in ireland, one has a baby and is planning the next and the rest i only see when they want to get drunk. i never see the first, barely see the second even though she's supposed to be my best friend and the rest again is whenever they want to get drunk with me soooooo. hopefully i'll make better long term friends once i move.

Not really, moved away from the area, and most people moved away for university as well.
Nope.
Since I went out of town, they all stayed out where the uni was. As soon as I left, they lost interest in me.

Only one. The group went their own ways. Most of them are pregnant now or have children

Some on FB etc - but after Y11 and 6th Form ... it becomes different (sorry can not explain) why!
Not really.
When I run into them I will still chat and whatever. The only one I have REALLY kept in touch with is one from Primary school whom I currently live with. I miss them all and everything but omg I am just awful at keeping in touch!

Most of my friends that I spoke to every day went their own ways, I speak to only like 2 people very often, I see a lot of my high school friends in town and on buses :P 4 People from my high school are on my course and I only speak to 2 others! It's a shame, the group of friends was amazing.

I see around 6 of my school friends regularly, plus a couple more when they are back from uni. It's funny that some of those people I wasn't actually friends with until after school.
yeah loads!!!
speak to two of my best friends from primary
my friend from year 7
and friends from my secondary
including loads of their friends they met in school that we all became friends with

No not really, I don't see any of them apart from one who now lives where I go on holiday, as that is what kept us talking like I will always tell her when I am coming through to see her. Another I do not speak to, but if I ever needed him to talk to or hang out with I could. One from college, I don't speak to, but she recently added me on her new Facebook and somehow her number has stayed on my phone so I might text her - although she goes to university now so I can't really see her. I saw her after college though, as I knew where she worked so I went to say hi a couple of times.
The rest generally just say hi when they come in my shop.
To keep in touch I like their Instagram pictures and comment asking how they're doing, but I only talk to my close friends from school all of my acquaintances I just have added on Facebook.

Absolutely, infact we're all as close as we were in school even though we all go to different universites/work etc. Whenever we're all back home we all see eachother and go out like every week. I love my mates and I can't even imagine losing contact with them like loads of people in this thread have.
Two out of the group I have been friends with since Year 2 in primary school.
one from sixth form and one from secondary school. I sometimes see others on night outs but I tend to avoid.
Always. They're the best friends I have bar a few.
Nope, we all went our own ways. I ended up doing the same course as one of them in university, but after that they just stopped replying to texts and just forgot I existed completely
Sometimes some school friends will pop on on Facebook saying they're in the area (since they've gone to uni in England they're not around as often) and ask if I fancy a catch up but not often

A few of them. Never intended to stay in contact with most, to be fair :P Not that I didn't like them, just I accept that people part ways
Out of our group, only two of them, still my best friends though.
