I don't watch films often and I'm not one to see a film more than once, but there are a few exceptions to that. However, there is one that I could probably watch repeatedly and not get bored, I have read the book and loved that too. I love and I would say my favourite film is Matilda - I really like the story progression how we can see her from being a baby, and we know throughout how misunderstood and seemingly unloved she is, but there's also that person who sees past all that. I just think it's a great idea for a film and book and it's like you grow with the character and former a bond in it.

it's quite hard to watch with the issues it focuses on but it's so emotionally gripping and thought provoking

i highly recommend it, it's also a true story
