Urgh. I get that taste also sometimes. It really does annoy me. If you have a cold try getting off the computer, I dunno rofl. Warm yourself up and drink lots of water for the cough. Take some tables/medicine.

I did NOT get a sore throat because my mouth 'accidentally' fell onto someones 'nose' and my mouth moved up and down.

Put some hot water in a cup and squeeze a lemon into it, and hover it under your nose, breathing in the steam, it should help unblock your nose, you can sip at that once it's cooled a bit, to soothe your throat.

Mix some honey with hot water to also soothe your throat.

Try washing some mouth wash around your mouth, and gurgling it to remove the taste, I don't understand what would be causing that, maybe you should try s.ucking on a boiled sweet, to cover up this taste in the back of your mouth.

Take some paracetamol or a pain reliving tablet if you have pain anywhere.

That's just the sort of things my family do, maybe you should see your doctor.
