Even if one believes in anthropogenic global warming then they must admit that the only solution to it is adaptation rather than prevention. China, India and other economies are fuelling pollution growth and whilst we can help in providing clean technologies where we can, if we are to attempt to get them to limit their carbon emissions it is pointless and immoral in that they aren't going to do that as well as the fact that it would be immoral of us to deny to the rest of the world the capitalist Industrial Revolution which pulled my poor ancestors out poverty and which is pulling hundreds of millions of Chinese and Indian people out of poverty.
If you believe we should throw away £18bn a year via the Climate Change Act - which makes not a jot of difference - then vote LibLabCon. If you believe we should go even more lunatic and throw away economic growth and even first world living then you've got Natalie Bennett and the Greens to vote for.

Hahahahaha! Oh god, where on earth do they find these people? "John and UKIP" clearly know something that the overwhelming majority of scientists don't.

In one instance he is talking about a time span of 127 years and then the next second 3,000,000 years... regardless of what you think about climate change you can still the amount of damage and it's not hard to figure that one out.
