Well, they look more yellow to me :P, but was just wondering how exactly they work, or rather how many rep points you need for each bar to turn gold. Doesn't seem to be mentioned in the FAQ, and the only post I found was one in Spam; http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=817775&p=8299262#post8299262
But based on those numbers I'd have none, so I'm guessing it was changed?

Also just noticed the Rep Count on my post. What is that number based on?
This is what happens when you don't come on for months (A).
This is what it is:
Dark Green: Rep bar every 100 rep points (i.e. 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000)
Light Green: The dark green bars turn light green every 400 rep points (i.e. 1400, 1800, 2200, 2600, 3000, 3400, 3800, 4200, 4600, 5000)
Gold: The light green bars turn gold every 5000 rep points (i.e. 10000, 15000, 20000, 25000, 30000, 35000, 40000, 45000, 50000, 55000).
I'll update the FAQ regarding this sometime in the future.

Rep count is the amount of times you've been +repped (not points but individual) +reps I think as well btw!
Rep Count is the amount of times you've been +Repped minus the amount of times you have been -Repped iirc

is neutral (grey) rep included in rep counter I wonder?
