I have no idea! I have too many items that I can't really put a value on, such as LTDs because they vary by number. Then there's also collections of items such as a load of Green Oriental Screens which no one will ever want to buy.. but I like to think it's an expensive collection :P.

Playing for so long has allowed me to accrue a lot of furniture I guess. A lot of it is stolen and in storage that I don't touch and much is in bulk from years of trading.

By firstly looking at all the items you own and then assigning appropriate values to each of them. Then by adding all those assigned values up together with the with the number of actual credits / gold bars you have left over, you will reach a figure.
