forum not working

For some reason I'm unable to log into forum. I'm on a proxy server atm. Not sure why it's not working. I'm with virgin media. Any clue? lmaoo

Oh I should clarify. even see the forum. it just comes up with 'webpage cannot be displayed'

What I predict is that you were trying to log in to something with an Authentication key, but you got the passwords wrong more then x many attempts, therefore leading to an IP Ban. Send you IP to Matt and he'll look.

Assuming your Virgin Media IP address hasn't changed since yesterday then no you aren't IP banned from the server. I would assume an issue between you, your ISP connecting to our server.

It was working fine earlier today so not sure why it's not now. I'm guessing it'll just fix itself then and I'll just have to wait it out? Thanks for looking into it :)

On a serious note, have you tried clearing your cache via the web browsers settings not just CTRL F5 on HabboxForum.com page?! Failing this, you might wanna open the nearest window and throw your PC/Laptop out of it :)

Its not a global issue with Virgin Media.

Trust me, I've had issues like this but on all of the Habbox sites, I'm with Sky. It was a fault on their end, Try using Tapatalk on your phone?
