Pair Newbies (new habbos)

Random habbos with a unique ip ( haven't regestered before ) should get given one tele porter and another the linking one to encourage them to stay on habbo and for sulake - they ould want a room to add to there furni collection.

Thats a nice idea, or maybe more experienced could have a voluntary scheme where you could do it with new habbos, and maybe receive a small reward every year for doing so
