A simple question, what type swim wear do you choose to wear whether for the pool or when on holiday?

I have to confess that I went back to speedos a year or three ago after swimming properly again for exercise in the public pool after sixth form and have discarded the board shorts even on holiday for them now. I hated sitting around in dripping wet shorts that come down when you swim properly and which ruin your tan. I don't get the stigma with speedos... unless of course you are the wrong shape for them which its perfectly understandable just as it is with girls and their swim wear.

So yeah I wear a black adidas speedo with the 3 white stripes at the side as my swim wear.

How about you, what type for what and why?

I love how European you manage to be whilst being anti-EU.

omf I am so jealous I could never wear Speedos, there's too much going on and it would be inappropriate to bounce my tuck around like that so I have to wear loose shorts. I have some basic black ones but I prefer my bright red shiny shorts because I figure if you're wearing something that's a bit of an oddity anyway (as swimwear is, really) you might as well make it loud.

Can imagine Dan in his rainbow speedos and scout's cap on a club med yacht dancing the YMCA

I have a couple different ones. I have these swimming trunks that have floral design of them.. they're pretty cool. And I have some Quicksilver ones..

When I use to take swimming competitions I use to use Speedos as they were comfortable. I use swimskirt/shorts with a bikini top :)
