What is your default sleeping position?

If you are going to sleep in bed, what is your default sleeping position?

I always lay on my right hand side, legs curved with my arm under my pillow and the other arm around the pillow. Aka i'm in a relationship with it.

I'm a very restless person in bed but normally I'll pop my hand under the pillow and get into the foetal position. Normally sleep up against Meanies; at the start but we tend to drift away after a bit

Normally on my left side (as I get heartburn when lay on my right side for some reason) and I position my spare pillow next to me so that I can kind of wrap my arms and legs around it.

I'm usually up against the wall in the recovery position so I don't snore... Which a common thing for me if I fall asleep on my back...

I don't really have a default sleeping position? I'll sleep in whatever way I'm lying when I fall asleep. Saying that, once I'm asleep I don't move AT ALL. I've been woken up a couple of times by other people because they worry I'm dead/unconscious :(

that looks like you're sleeping on your side with your right knee forward
or sleeping on your back with your left knee just weird and head turned

it also looks like your pillow is the same size if not bigger than you
and dont you put your full head on the pillow

you look like you're trying to run in your sleep

at the min on my right side is comfiest, that or on my back

i've read too many things about what's good/bad bout each position so yeah anything but on my stomach, i know that on your back is the best for you though
