In school did you ever hold a position of 'power' like a prefect or part of the School Council?
I never myself.
How about you?

I've held quite a lot of roles tbh.
Primary:
Playground Buddy (You basically used up your lunchtimes to go and help little kids)
School Council (like 3 times throughout my primary school life)
Head Playground Buddy (You bossed around the regular Playground buddies, you help write rotas and whatnot)
Head Boy
Secondary:
Echo warrior (wow... that was bad and boring omg)
Mentor
not that much when I look back... hmmm
I was a form rep which was crap and meant I had to have weekly meetings with my year co-ordinator and then tell my form about what was said in that meeting. Wasn't even a powerful role ;l
I was on a student council. That's all. Not much going for my school.
yeh im prefect and before that was part of the student council thing lmao

In junior school I was on some buddy scheme where older pupils went to read to primary pupils
Then when I was a sixth former I was a form prefect and music prefect.
I also did stuff in the library but it wasn't really official!

I'll put you in an unofficial position in the library
Our head boy elections were hilarious the guy who got it in the end was actually voted 4th, but the first three got disqualified. The guy who won the vote did a Hitler inspired speech and everyone did Nazi salutes and I put up a load of photoshopped Nazi posters of him so the teachers decided it would be a bad idea to let that go on, then the guy who came 2nd got it just on popularity and he was actually an expelled student, and the guy who came 3rd was the only black kid in school so that's prob why they didn't let him do it

Junior School Council in grade 2, Art Monitor in grade 5+6 and House Captain in grade 6 which I got by getting more votes than the most popular girl, so proud lol although there were only two of us so I was guaranteed to get at least Vice-House Captain.
In high school I was a Student Representative Council member for 3.5 years until it became like a two person thing and basically everyone else left in protest.
.:Admiral:.

Student council :P That's about it. Oh yeah, peer tutor.
I was a "Meitheal Leader" in my 5th Year of Secondary School. I don't know what that is called outside of my county soz.
My job was to help out all the first years, get them settled in, make sure everything was okay, they were all getting along and being nice, take care of any bullying etc.

In primary school I was head boy, and head hall monitor as part of that too.
In 6th form I was head maths prefect, but nothing particularly interesting in that one.
Year rep, prefect then Head Boy in my final year

I was our "Form Representative" in year 10, for the second half of the year, as I was originally voted 2nd, but the person who was it moved schools half way through the year, so it was passed onto me.
Its similar to school council, except its house council (as we had a house system). We feedback to the head of house.

I think half out of my education years, I became a class rep or assistant. I had once become the batch leader but that was just for a small period. I always have a leadership skill but not for a very huge crowds.

Oh wow, reading this thread made me remember so much from school.
In year 5 we would go to one of the local primary schools and be allocated a buddy, that way when we moved into year 6 and they moved into year 3 we could help them! They would also come to our school for the day and hang around with us too. I was really lucky, I asked to go to the primary school I never went to so I could meet new people and then on the day of the other school trip (the one I'd been to between 4-7) there was an illness/shortage so I got to go to that one too! I had two buddies which was fun and weirdly enough one of my best mates was cousins with one of my buddies too.
In year 7 we had a boy and a girl from each form get nominated to be part of the council thing - at the time I was extremely shy, I only really spoke to this guy called Steven (we were the closest and best friends possible, people obviously thought we were off out) so of course they nominated me and him for the council thing. People asked to be it back then, but I never did but everyone wanted me to be it for some reason. We got to go to meetings it was fun.
In year 9-10 I was in the running to be Gala Queen at my town's annual gala. It involved an interview and I apparently was the runner up from it, so if the other person didn't want to do it or couldn't then I would have been it.
I also held the most improved in PE/Sport for a year then came 3rd the year after because of my work in volleyball and rounders.
In year 11 I was a Peer Mentor - it was a club that ran at lunch times whereby new year 7 pupils could come for fun and games, homework help and so on. We had to decide who did which mentoring session, I think there were about 12 of us, and of course I got to be with the guy Steven and his twin brother Robert lmao.
