I believe that the competition winners are announced and notified by PM at the end of the month. But this may have changed.

The aim is to have winners announced fortnightly but I'm not going to make any promises on that (I'm not Nick Clegg!). Winners will definitely be announced at the end of the month. :)

I think it got left behind after the managerial roles, I'm sure Mike or Sho will sort it when they've got time.
