View Full Version : Call of Duty - Black Ops 3 Teaser
So, the new Call of Duty is set in 2060's... good move or not?
No game play in the video, it looks awesome though, more like a movie!
It based around the fact that technology is advancing too quickly where disabilities are gone and there are brain-to-brain connections where you can read each others thoughts, but one man warns of the dangers and how the military are turning humans into weapons.
Have a watch, what do you think?

Honestly? I think they should chuck the continuous push into the future in CoD games and use the tech they have now to make a better historically-based game. Can you imagine World at War wth the same gaming tech that AW got? It'd be insane.
Hell, I'd be up for a World War One game, if it had the same sort of detail and playability recent installations have got. I'm just sick of seeing CoD slowly turning into Halo.

Just looks like deus ex to me
I was a big cod fan, max prestiege in bo1 and bo2. But to be honest, i want them to go back in time again. I miss a good storyline.
let's take Call of Duty 2: Big Red One for example

nooo I was hoping so much they would scrap this future stuff its so annoying and doesnt draw me into the game. plus i hope they stop taking control of the campaign and just giving you buttons to press for short videos of what happens after, id rather try shoot down things myself even if that means i take 15-20 minutes attempting it!

Looks absolutely the same as the other missing some features and adding just a few. they really are just milking their fan club.
