Weakness would be my confidence... it's actually really bad :'(

My strengths would be, being able to get things done, my flexability and organization skills, and being a trustworthy and responsible individual.

My weaknesses would be, even though I am a kind individual and strive to get along with everyone, I don't really communicate with others all that well and strive to be in an enviorment where I can work alone or with a small group of people. (such as a lab, research areas, etc.) Also, even though I am able to get things done well and done in a timely matter, I am not good in stressful situations or having a very short deadline on big things.
