If the first thing out of your mouth when you come up to me is "asl?" then I'm ignoring you. Sorry, that's just not why I'm on Habbo. It also gets annoying on messengers. I have a bunch of 12-15 year old girls blocked on all of my messengers because they've found me somehow and they annoy me with their "your cute", "what are you doing?", "you don't talk much", "how old are you?" and "wanna know what I look like?"

I just stopped going to public rooms because it'd happen every time I'd sit down somewhere.

I don't think people are always desperate if they date on habbo because sometimes they really do like the person but habbo dating really isn't for me
