Brad (Bikini) has decided to step down as Articles Manager. Thanks for coming back Brad, and good luck with everything :)

Thanks for your (if rather short ;)) time Brad, but why are you leaving us like this AGAIN :/

You've been the best thing to happen to the Articles department in a long time and it's really disappointing that you have to leave again. But still better you choose to resign than become an inactive manager so there's that.
And hopefully you'll be back again at some point ;)
