What do you think? Was this racism or sexism? Or both?

Following the video she was placed on leave: http://www.cbc.ca/news/trending/university-student-in-georgia-accused-of-harassment-for-waiting-for-an-appointment-1.3077145

Imagine if the poor guy hadn't taken video evidence, he'd have been vilified for harassment on her word.

Don't know the whole story so I'm reluctant to make a judgement, but from going on that alone it seems extremely unfair.

Probably more sexism than racism if tumblrinas are any indicator of where she got her ideas from. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me and I hope she gets what's coming to her, assuming the story is kosher.

Neither sexism nor racism lol why are people so quick to add a label to this and not just take it for what it is. This lady is clearly unnerved by the man waiting so does all she can to get rid of him. as a councillor she has acted in an unprofessional way but this instance right here isn't institutional racism, it's just being bad at your job.

the man must have been so bored waiting for someone who wasn't available she could have at least given him a colouring book

yes unfair she seems a bit crazy and stressed and the people working there seem a bit crap

umm there was nothing in that video to suggest racism or sexism lol
