I have quite a mixed diet, one minute I'm super healthy, then I get a sweet tooth and end up bingeing out

whats your diet like and what would you like to improve it?

weekdays i am to have:
breakfast - porridge (fry up on fridays at work)
lunch - chicken salad (chicken cooked night before and taken into work)/sometimes with rice also
dinner - chicken, turkey mince or salmon with salad & rice

drink water and green tea throughout the day at work.

weekends - less restricted but if hungover, then i eat whatever. but i don't eat a lot anyway and when i do, i'd do something like go for a run a few hours after because i feel guilty.

nothing to improve cuz it works for me.

I just ate chicken wraps with pate in them, three babybells and some chocolate. The lettuce is still in the fridge.

At the moment it's really strict and under eating lots which isn't good

usually have 2 fruit when I get up, normally a banana and apple.
3ltr water up until dinner
At 7pm for dinner I'll have two chicken breast with low fat BBQ sauce

Really bad but I am trying to improve it. I'm addicted to sugar to the point where if I don't have some sometimes I'll get in such a bad mood and go rushing round the house in search for something sugary.
Trying to fix that by replacing chocolate and stuff with fruit but sometimes it still leaves me in a terrible mood.

Other than that it could be a lot worse I think. We eat all home cooked stuff so I'm always ok with things like saturated fat and salt.

I've never liked fizzy drinks or hot drinks either so I normally have water or juice which is good I suppose.

It used to be really bad up until last week, where I just stopped eating crap. I used to eat nothing but sandwiches all day because couldn't be bothered making a proper meal, meaning I'd pop to the shop during shifts at work to grab a snack. Towards the end, even on my days off, I went to the shop to get some snacks instead of making something at home because I craved it so much. :(

Now I'm down to 3 proper meals a day and I'm only drinking water and it's going okay so far woooo

it used to be really bad recently with stuffing my face with too much chocolate and cookies and stuff, now i'm really just at the polar opposite where all i'm eating is some stuff from the sainsburys salad bar once per day for lunch, and some pasta in the evening every other day roughly

Like yourself, sometimes I can be super healthy - I mean, I absolutely love salad so it's my preferred choice.
But I get days where I will just eat junk all day.

At the minute it's completely messed up. I've stopped having breakfast and finding time for lunch at work is really hard so sometimes I'll just have a snack bar or a packet of crisps. Then I'm not really hungry for dinner but will have a hot meal anyway and just eat what I can.

This weekend has been horrific though. Eurovision meant a takeaway, endless snacks and now I'm just eating rubbish. Need to go back to work to sort it out!

I'm fairly healthy in general, I eat good balanced meals most of the time with the occasional treat. The only thing that lets me down is my extremely sweet tooth - I love chocolate and sugary drinks and stuff!!

Besides I eat enough avocado to basically make up for all the sugar anyway so yeah #healthy

it's not the worst but it could be better i guess.
i only drink orange juice or water, i don't really eat breakfast but when i do it's just healthy?snacks like biscuits with dried fruit in them, for dinner i usually have pasta or a chicken panini and for tea on most nights i eat fish (usually smoked or steamed salmon or tuna) with salad and rice or pasta.

Quite honestly, I've never looked on the back of food for anything but the out of date bit.

I just eat what I want and when I want to, it doesn't bother me at all. Alongside that I almost never have breakfast and I skip lunch occasionally.
