Hey guys,
So there has been an influx of new fitness trackers and bands; it seems to be the new fad. I would love to hear your opinions on them, are they a gimmick or would you like one?
Personally I really like the concept of fitness trackers however I feel like most of them are quite gimmicky and have little use. I will probably buy one when they get a bit better because who doesn't want to know more about their body. I wouldn't mind knowing my heart rate, how I slept, how many calories I burnt especially when i'm doing cardio to see what HR zones i'm hitting and whether i need to increase it, lower it or keep it constant.
